Terms for using FeelPal

Wellness, not medical care

FeelPal is a mental health and wellness tracking app. It is not a medical device, does not provide diagnosis or treatment, and is not a substitute for therapy, professional care, or emergency services. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

Mira and AI features

Mira may help reflect on entries, summarize patterns, and suggest gentle next steps. Mira can be wrong and should not be treated as clinical advice. You are responsible for deciding whether any suggestion is appropriate for your situation.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some Mira features require trial or paid subscription access. Subscription purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple and are managed through your Apple account. Prices, billing periods, free trials, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the purchase flow shown by Apple at the time of purchase.

Writing, privacy controls, export access described as free, crisis resources, and basic safety support remain available without paid Mira access.

Accounts and deletion

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account in the app or request deletion by email as described on the account deletion page.

Support circles and shared content

If you use support circles or other shared features, you agree not to harass others, post abusive or illegal content, impersonate another person, or use the service to provide medical, crisis, or professional advice unless you are separately qualified and legally permitted to do so.

Our privacy policy explains what data FeelPal collects, how it is used, and what choices you have. It is part of these terms.
